Register your artworks on Veralinx.

Veralinx offers an advanced authentication and registration system for artworks based on digital Artwork Cards, NFC TAGs, and blockchain technology. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Login or Registration

✔ If you already have an account, login using your email and password.

✔ If you are not registered, write to contacts to receive the invitation by entering your data and selecting your role (artist, agent, collector, etc.).

2. Key Generation

✔ After logging in, access the Key-Gen section (you will receive authorization from Veralinx) to generate your private and public key.

✔ The private key must be securely stored, as it will be used to digitally sign Artwork Cards and TAGs.

✔ The public key will be registered on Veralinx to allow signature verification.

3. Account Management

✔ Access your Account page to update your details and check your available credits.

✔ Credits are required to register new artworks.

4. Purchasing Credits and NFC TAGs

✔ To register your artworks, you need to request and have credits.

✔ If you want to protect your artworks with an NFC TAG, you can also request these to apply them to artworks or paper COA certificates.

5. Creating Your Artwork Card

✔ Access the Card Editor section to create a digital Artwork Card for your artwork.

✔ Enter all required information:

• Artwork details: title, year, materials, dimensions, edition, description.
• Artist details: name, biography, website (if available).
• Provenance Records: information about the artwork’s provenance (if available).
• Authenticity Issued: indicate whether the artwork has already been authenticated by an institution or the artist.

✔ Enter the NFC TAG serial number (SN) received, if applied to the artwork and/or COA. If no TAG has been assigned, leave the field at 0.

✔ Upload images of the artwork (minimum 2 – maximum 6), including:

• High-resolution front view
• Back of the artwork (if present signature or autographed inscriptions)
• Relevant details
• Photo of the applied NFC TAG (if present)
• Signed COA
• Photo of the artist with the artwork (recommended)

✔ Digitally sign the Artwork Card using your private key.

6. Validation and Blockchain

✔ After creation, your Artwork Card will be sent to Veralinx for validation.

✔ Once approved, the card will be registered on the blockchain and will be available in your Account area, along with the corresponding link to the blockchain transaction.
