User Registration Guide – Veralinx.art

Welcome to Veralinx.art, the platform dedicated to digital certification and protection of artworks.
Below, you will find detailed instructions on how to correctly fill in the fields on the registration form.

1. Accessing Registration

To begin the registration process, visit the Register page on Veralinx.art and fill in all the required fields.

Note: All mandatory fields must be completed to proceed with the registration.

2. Filling Out the Fields

Personal Information

• Name 
  ➝ Enter your real first name without special characters.
  Example: John

• Surname 
  ➝ Enter your real last name without special characters.
  Example: Smith

Role and Institution

• Role (Choose your role) 
  ➝ Select your role in the art industry from the following options:

  • Artist → If you are an artist

  • Procurator → If you are an authorized representative of an artist

  • Collector → If you are an art collector

  • Other → If your role does not fit the listed categories

• Institution Name (Institution Name) 
  ➝ Enter the name of your gallery, foundation, archive, or private collection.
  Example: Modern Art Foundation
  If you are independent, enter “Independent Artist or Artist Studio”

Contact Information and Address

• Address (Address) 
  ➝ Enter your full work or residence address.
  Example: 10 Roma Street, Turin, Italy
  Do not use abbreviations or non-standard symbols.

• Phone Number (Phone) 
  ➝ Enter your phone number with the international dialing code.
  Example: +44 7700 900123

• Email (Email) 
  ➝ Enter a valid and active email address.
  Example: john.smith@email.com

• Confirm Email (Confirm Email) 
  ➝ Re-enter your email address. You cannot paste text in this field to prevent errors.

Creating a Secure Password

• Password (Password) 
  ➝ Create a strong password that meets the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters

  • 1 uppercase letter

  • 1 number

  • 1 special character (!, @, #, $…)

    Example: SecureArt@2024

• Confirm Password (Confirm Password) 
  ➝ Re-enter your password to confirm.
  It must match the previous password exactly.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Acceptance

Check both boxes to confirm that you have read and accepted:

• Privacy Policy 

• Terms and Conditions 

Note: The “Register” button will remain disabled until both checkboxes are selected.

3. Completing the Registration

Once all fields are filled in, click “Register”.
You will receive a confirmation email  (check your spam folder).
Click the link in the email to activate your account.

4. Troubleshooting

Unable to complete the registration?
– Make sure all mandatory fields are correctly filled in.

Did not receive the confirmation email?
– Wait a few minutes and check your spam/junk folder.

Password error?
– Ensure your password meets the security requirements.
