Registration Guide
Use the MyVeralinx registration page to create a Veralinx account. Registration is available only with the invitation password supplied by Veralinx.
Choose the correct role
- Artist: select this role when you are the artist and will register your own artworks.
- Artist Procurator: select this role when you are authorised to act and sign on behalf of an artist.
- Art Professional / Enthusiast: select this role for account and Opera-ID access without Artwork Card creation rights.
The role must correspond to the actual activity of the account holder. Role, name, surname, email and institution are not editable from the Account page after registration.
Required information
Enter name, surname, institution, complete address, postal code, city, state or province, country, telephone number and email address. The email address is used for account confirmation and login.
The institution field may identify an artist studio, foundation, gallery, archive or other relevant organisation.
Password requirements
The password must contain at least 8 characters, including:
- at least one uppercase letter;
- at least one number;
- at least one special character.
Email and password must be entered twice. Copy and paste is disabled in the confirmation email field.
Privacy and terms
The Register button is enabled only after accepting both the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
Email confirmation
After submission, Veralinx sends a confirmation email. Open the message and select Confirm your registration. The link expires after 24 hours. Check the spam folder if necessary.
The account remains in pending_email status until the confirmation link is used.
Account activation
- Artist and Artist Procurator accounts are activated with the initial credits assigned by Veralinx and may proceed to Key-Gen.
- Art Professional / Enthusiast accounts are activated for their permitted functions but cannot generate keys or create Artwork Cards.
An email address can be associated with only one Veralinx account.
